What is the Generation-Z Program?
In 2015, Nyla Bland founded a non-profit called Generation-Z. Generation-Z is dedicated to teaching kids ages 5-17 about entrepreneurship and business skills. Last year, we had multiple events: A Branding Day Camp, a Business Bonfire, a Community Resource Fair and more. Recently, we’ve kicked off our second Business Bootcamp Tour. We have over 500 children in our program and raving reviews from parents.
Generation-Z uses standards gathered from across the United States to ensure a quality program for your child. Our main focus to relate to the kids that join the program. We treat each child with respect and listen to what they say. Our goal is to make them feel welcome and comfortable.
We offer assistance in a way that supports a youth’s imagination. Generation-Z instructors encourage kids to take leadership roles. We ask questions that encourage youth to think for themselves. Our staff shares skills and resources to help kids gain information and solve problems.
